Thank you for posting this video I was searching forever trying to find out any info on getting the keypad to work nothing in the manual tells you channel 1 is for single and channel 2 is for dual.

Hi when I use 0000*, it deletes all the saved codes. Is there a way of deleting only one code rather than all the codes.

Hi Seth, great video mate, clear and concise. I accidentally pressed the learn button for about 5 seconds and my control board forgot all my devices but this video was very helpful getting my keypad reconnected to the board, Thanks 👍
How close does a keypad have to be to the control box in order to program it
We tried to setup the P9 on our gate last night and it was auto opening, instead of closing! Any clue what we did wrong?
Hey mate I just set mine up using this video and it's working fine. I was thinking, is it possible the gate was already open when you set the P9 function to auto close. It's possible if you make sure the gate is closed first, do a factory reset as described in this video, and then set the P9 function up again it may recognise the auto close correctly. Just a thought. Let me know if it works. Cheers Andy 👍
This is because you have your gate motor polarity wired the wrong way.. where each motor is connected to the terminal on the circuit board, swap the red and black for each motor over. Currently when gates are open its thinks they are closed and vice-versa!

Our dogs dug up the freshly laid wire and severed it. Called tech support and was told it can't be spliced. I did and it worked but he stated it would not last. Keeping fingers crossed.*
